WHEREAS, an application hos been male by the Person hereinafter named for a
permit to sell non-intoxicating beverages, commonly celled soft drinks, in the
city of Alameda in accordance with the provisions and requdrements of Ordinance
No. 262, H.S. of said city; now therefore be it
RNSOLdISD, by the council of the city of Alameda, that a permit be and it is
hereby granted and a license i2 hereby authorised to to issued under and in
pursuance of the provisions of said orainanpe authorizing the sale and dispensation
of non-intoxicating beverages, commonly called soft drinks, t the following
