RESOLUTION 1 ACCEPEAEOE 0 ONSEPT TO RECORDATION.
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that the deed dated
Yay 28th, 1928, granting and conveying to the 0= Oq A.LAMEDA, a municipal
corpointion,
All that certain piece or parcel of land situate,
lying and being in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
State of california and more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at theanortheast corner of 'Tract 34, as
said tract is delineated and so designated upon that cer-
tain map entitled "Ilap of Alameda Marsh Land as partitioned
among Oho Owners thereof in the suit No. 8923, and entitled
pacific Improvement Company, plaintiff, vs., James A. Way-
mire et al, Defendants, Superior Court of Alameda County,
State of California" and filed July 30, 1900, in the of-
fice of the COantY Recorder of Alameda County, in map book
25, pages 74 to 78, and running thence N. 880 21' W., along
the northerly line of Tract 34, 10 feet, to a point; thence
S. 1° 39' 7., 14918 feet, to e point; thence S. 84° 19 3.,
1C.02 feet, to a point on the easterly line o Tract 34 End
the westerly line of Debater Street; thence N. 1° 39' E.,
along the said easterly line of Tract 34 and the westprly
line of Wenter street, 149.88 feet, to the northeast cor-
ner of Tract 34 and the point of commencement,
for use as a public street and more particularly for enabling the widening
o' Webster Street in said city, be and the same is hereby accepted,and
said council, in behalf of the public and as grantee, hereby consents to
the recordation of said deed, and orders this resolution to be attached
thereto as required by section 1158 of the civil code.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing' resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
Of Alameda in special meeting assembled on the Let day of June, 1928, by
the following vote, to-wit:
AYES; Councilmen Calcutt, Noble and President Otis, (4).
