RE5OI5 AD, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that the

and said council, in behalf of the public and as grantee, hereby con-
sents to the recordation of Said eed, and orders this resolution to be
attached thereto ao required ty section 1158 of the civil code.

was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alhmeda in a special meeting assembled on the 1st dety of June, 1928, by
