for a permit to sell non-intoxioating beverages, coamonly called soft drinks,
in the City of Alameda, in accordance with the provisions and requirements
of Ordinance No. 2332, N. S. of said city; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the council of the City of Alameda, that a permit
be and it is hereby granted and a licence is hereby authorized to be issued
under and in pursuance of the provisions of said ordinance authorizing the
sale and dispensation of non-intoxicating beverages, commonly called soft
drinks, by the following person and et the followinm place, to-wit:

RESOLVED, that the license collector be, and. he is hereby author-
ized and directed to issue a license to said. person under the provisions of
said ordinance aeon the payment by said party to said city of Alameda of
the license tax of 35.00 per year or fraction tnereof, payable in advance,
I, the undersImned, Noroby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was daisy and regularly introduced and adopted. by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of Tune, 1922, by
the following vote, to-nit:
