RESOLUTION pEPPEOERN1 SPECIFICATIONS
WiCEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda heretofore appointed and
designated Burnett hamliton to troporo and furnish specifications for the im-
provement of Webster Street in said city, and
WHEREAS, said specifications, including all plans, erofiles end Le:hiss:-
sections necessary therefor, tos with s statement of the estimated cost of
said improvoment incidental expenses ond coats of the proceeding),
also a descri]ation of the district to be benefited by the proposed improve-.
ment, and the different zonen which. will dotAve varying benefits, hap- tbis day
bee®, submitted to the counoil by said Burnett Hamilton and presented for ape
proval, and the council having emaminee the same, now therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED (00 ORDERED, by the City Counnil of the City
of Alameda, that said specifluotinna, incluaing said alone', profiles and
oress-seations, and the sop or plat of the Assessment aistrict and varying
zonos of benefit therein, be, and the same are hereby aobroved es the official
specifications and plans for doing said' work and making said improvement, and
the same are hereby ordered to be filed, with the clerk of the council.
