RESOLUTION' OF ACTETTANCE AND CONSENT TO RECORT1U1199.9
RESOLVED, by the Council al the City. of Yilmneda, that
the deed or grant eonvaying to the City of Alamoda, a municipal
corporation, all that certain real property situate in alie city,
County' of Taameda, State of Chlifornia,'anh particularly described
as being thy:, lot on the southeastern corner of Chestnut Steet and
Lincoln Avenue having a frontage of forty feet on Ciuk9knut Street
and. running back eeventy-five feet on Lincoln Avhnue, granted to
said city for sohool purposes, be and the same is hereby accepted,
and said council, acting for and in behalf of said grTntee, hereby
consents to the recordation of said deed or grant and ordars this
resolution to be attached thereto as required. by. Section 1158 of
the Civil Cody,
1, the unidersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the
Council of the City- of llamoda in regular meeting assembled on the
