GRANTIES A PERMIT FOR L LICENSE TO SELL SOFT SEINES.
WHEREAS, applications have been made by the persons here-
inafter named for a permit to sell non-intoxicating beverages, commonly
called. soft drinks, in the city of Alameda, in accordance witb the pro-
visions and requirements of Ordinance No. 252, H.S. of said city; now
therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the council of the City of Llamado., that a
permit be and it is hereby granted and a license is hereby hathorized
to be isonod under and in pursuance of the provisions of said. ordinance
autherizlng the sale and dispensation of non-intexleating beveragen,
commonly called soft drinks, by the following persons and at the
following places, to-wit:

Lucien F. Marcellin
Idllian Marshall.
West)s Restaurant
1303 High Street
. 100 High Street
1337-1339 Park Street
RESOLVED, that the license collector bme and he is hereby
authorized anh directed to issue a license to said persons unher the
provisions of said ordinance upon. the payment by said. parties to sold
city of Alameda of the 11 ,11L tax of 95.00,per year or fraction thereof,
payable in ahvonce.
I, thm undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adrpted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 19th day of Jura, 1228,
by the following vote, to-wit:
