RESCINDING •ORMER PROCEEDINGS, AND PROVIDING
FOR AN ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING JULY 10, 1900 ,
TO RECEIVE BIDS TOR THE IMPROVEMENT OE WEBSTER
STREET,
WHEREAS, members of the council heretofore decided to abandon
the proceedings for improving Webster Street under the Acquisition. and im-
provement Act of l925 on account of the limited. time within whiCh to con
summate such pfoceedinga, and concluded to call for Dablic bids for doing
said work and defraying the er(p.enses thereof out of the general treasury,
now therefore be it
RESOLVED by. the Counsil of the City of Alameda that the plan
for receiving bids on July 10, 1928, be and the same is hereby ratified,
op-oroved ond confirmed, and that this council, when it adjourns tbis even-
10. adjourn. this meeting to 9 o'clock p.m, of Tuesday, July 10, 1929, for
the burpose of receiving and. publicly declaring all bids or proposals for
doing said work and making said improvement in accordance with said plans.
I, the andersigned,herely certify that the foregoing :Reso-
lution was duly one' regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
city of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 3rd day of July, 1020,
by the following vote, to wit:
