lessees shall have the right, subject to the approval of the City Council
of Alameda, to assign said lease to the Alameda Airport, Inc., and

said Leavy., and application has been made for permission so to do,

'BE IT RESOLVED, That the City Council of Alameda
do hereby consent to the assignent to ALAMEDA
AIRPORT, INC., of that certain lease dated Sep-
tember 20, 1927, and exeouted by and between the
City uf Alameda and Chadwici: Thompson and 'R. 0.
skinner."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Reso-
