WEEREAS, applications hnve been made by the persons herein-
after named for a uermit,to sell non-intoxicatinc,beveraes, commonly culled
soft drinks, in the Gity of Alameda, in accordance with the provisions and
requirements of Ordinance No. 252, 7.5. of said city; now therefore be it
R320177D, by the council of the City of Alameda, that a eer-
mit be and it is hereby rrented and a license is hereby authorized to be
issued under and in pursuance of the provisions of said ordinance authoriz-
ing the cede and dispensation of non-intoxicating beverages, commonly called
