RESOLUTION OF NOC'210NNO3 AEJ OONOENT TO NECONONTION
RESOLVED, ty the Council of the City of Alameda, that the
deed of dedication dated August 7, 1928, conveying to the City of .;:lameda
for public use as a public street or highway all that certain forty (40)
-foot strip of land shown on the map of Mastick Park, filed in the office
of the County Recorder of Alameda County, on March 19, 1987, bounded on
the north by the segregation line, excepting the marsh land from the high
land, on the east by 2Aghth Street, on the south by Blook "I" of said
Mastick Park, and on the west by the western boundary line of Lot 13 of
said Block "I" anci said line produced northerly, be,and the same is hereby
accepted, and said council, acting for and in behalf of said grantee, hereby
consents to the recordation of said deed of dedication and orders this reso-
lution to be attabhed to said deed us required by Section 11o5 of the Civil
Code.
7, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing reso-
lution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of August, 1928,
by the following vote, to-wit;
AYES: Councilmen Latham, Tleiss, Noble, Calcutt and
