RESOLVED, by the Dounbil of the City of Alamedah that the
grant of easement from the Tilden Lumber 8 Mill Co., a corporation,
to the city of OoO a municipal corperabion, 1 September 26th,
1928, granting and conveying to said City of Alempas s right-of-why
flys (9) feet in width, the center line of which ih more particularly
described 63 follows:

Webster Street, said Northeasterly libh being the WEST-
ERLY line of that certain piece or phrcel of lend here-
tofbre conveybd by D. B. Hunter, et al, to Homam Lumber
and Rill Company by deed dated July 7, 1922, and Recorded
