RESCILM, by the Council of the City of A1hmeda2 that
asii city enter into a contract with Architect COL WERNER of said
city, for the enployment of said architect to furnin sketches,
drawings end specifications, and superintend the construction of the
fire house proposed to be erected on Pacific Avenue hoar Webster Street
in said eity, for a compensation equivolont to six id) per cent of the
total 302.15 of said lire house; and the mayor is herebuthorized and
directed to execute such a contraot for and on behalf of said city,
and. the clerk is direoted to attest the sane.
