TBSTROOTIGO CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF BISGTION.
RESOLVED; by the 9ouncil of the City of Alameda, that whereas a general
municipal election is to be held. in the City of Alameda en Tuesday, (Aaron 12, 1929, in
accordance 'with the provisions an2 . requirements of the oity oharter, the city clerk. is
hereby
instructed to publish a notice thereof substantially in the follow form, to-wit:
NGLICB IS HERESY GIVEN that a general municipal election will be held in
the City of Alameda an Tuesday, March 12th, 1929, to fill the offices of
councilmen now held by Fradk Otis, Ernest R. Neiss and Bore H. Noble;
respectively; also for an Auditor to fill the office now hold by H J. °roll;
also for a Treasurer to fill the office now held by Leon H. Ader; in each
case for the fall term of four years and until their successors are elected
and qualified.
There shall also be submitted at said election the question of adopting
End ordinance reclassifying the property hereinafter desoyibei from an
Tndustrial District, class VII, to an Airport District, Class TX, sold
property being described as follows:
EGINNING at the nortn.cast corner of Tract 2t, es said tract is
delineated End so designated upon that certain map entitled "Man of Alameda
Marsh land as partitioned among the owners thereof in the suit No. 0.983 and
entitled lwahific Improvement Company, plaintiff, vs. James A. Waymire, et.al.,
defendants, Superior Court of AlomeOa, County, state of Oolifornia,"filed in
the office of the County Recorder of said Alameda connty on the 30th day
of ,Tuly, 1900, said point being a corner of Groot 79 of the aforesad map
and in the Westerly line of Webster street in the city of Alamedh, State of
California, as it exists at the present date; thence along the westerly line
of .Vobstcr Street, North 10 39' Bust 341.4.0 feet; thence North. 00 50' West,
2158.57 feet; thence leaving soid westerly line of Webster Street North 89°
23' 30" weet, 4099.9 feet to a point in the Bester1T4' line of said "rot 39;
thence along the westerly, line of Tract 39 South 0 34' 2ost 2500 feet to
a point, said point being 240 feet North 0° 34' west from the segregation line
between stations 3 and 4 on said line; thence South 98° 25' 28" East 3865.9
feet to the northwest corner of Tract 34; thence along the lino COMMOD to
Tracts 74. end 39 south 88° 31' East, 330 feet to the point of beginning.
