RE5OLVEB, that 1? rarik Otis, Ua'or of the City of Alameda
and ex-officio president of the council of said city, be and he
is herebyauthorized to sell the three fiber electrical conduits
four inches in diameter running in and through the tube or subway
under the estuary and belonging to said city, for the 3=1' of POUR
THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED ?ND NINE7EEN AND 66 100 DOLLARS (,t4,719.66)
and that he be and is hereby authorized to make, execute and deliver
e good and sufficient bill of sale to said property, and to sign
the name of the said municipal corporation thereto and affix there-
unto its corporste seal.
I, the underaigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the
00Urleil of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on
the 19th day of February, 1929, by the following vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilmen Celoutt, Latham, Neiss, Noble and
