Resolution 01337RESOLUTION NO 1337. DIRECTINC CITY ASSESSOR AND CITY TREASURER TO GO TO SACRAMENTO AND OPTOSE TAX BILL. WHEREAS, the Hoard of Supervisors and City Attorney of San h..ancisco requested that the City of Alameda send a delegation to Sacramento to attend the hearing to be held at the State Capitol this 'Tuesday evening, February 19th, 1929, and join San Francisco in opposing that portion of the proposed bill which would subject municipal bonds to taxation, now therefore be it RESOLVED, by the Council of the city of Alameda, that Assessor Ired J. Croll and Treasurer Leon H. Ader be, and they are hereby directed to attend the joint meeting of two houses to be held in Sacramento tonight, 7ebruary 19th, 1929, and assist San :7rancisco in opposing that feature of the proposed tax till which would submit municipal bonds to taxation. the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 19th day of Tebruary, 1929, by the following vote to-wit: otis, (5).
