WHEREAS, proceedings were heretofore commenced for the
improvem.ent of Santa Clara Avenue under the Acquisition and Improvement
Act of 1925, and minor ohanges are desirable in the original »lens for
making said improwement, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that all
proceedings heretofore taken for the improvement of Santa Clara Avenue
ander and pursuant to the provisions of the Acquisition and Improvement
Act of 1925, or any other law, be and the same ero hereby rescinded.
T., the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly End regularly introduced and adohted by the Council of the City uf
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 19th day of 'i,ebruary, 1029, by
the following vote, to wit:
