IN THE MATTER 07 ACQUISITION AND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 1 OP THE CITY CC' ALAMEDA
RESOLUTION APPROVING STECIPICA71ONS.
YHEREAS, this city council heretofore appointed and designated
Burnett Hamilton to orepare and furnish specifications for the improvement of
Santa Clara Avenue, from Webster Street to High Street in said city,
AND WHEREAS, aaid specifications, including all plena, profiles
and cross-sections necessary therefor, together with a statement of the estimated
cost of said improvement (inclusive of incidental expenses and costa of the
Froceodings), and a description of the district to be benefited by the proposed
improvement, have this day been submitted to thia council by said Burnett Roadlton,
and presented for approval, and the council having examined the same, now therefore
IT 15 HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED, by the City Council of the
City of Alameda, that said specificatione, including said Flans, profiles and
cross-sections be, and the same are hereby approved as the official specifications
and plans for doing said work and making said improvement, and the same are hereby
ordered to be filed with the clerk of the council, including the men or plat of the
Assessment District, all of which is also hereby approved.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly end regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular mooting assembled on the 19th day of Pebruary, 1929, by the following
vote, to wit:
