IN THE MATTER OT AEOISITION AND IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO.2 OF THE CITY 02 ALAMEDA
RESOLUTION AT:ROVING 52E0 12124910115.
WHEREAS, thia City Council heretofore appointed and designated
Burnett Hamilton to prepare and furnish specifications for the improvement
of Buena Vista. Avenue, from 4ebster Street to Fark street in said city,
AND WHEREAS, said specifications, including all plane, profiles
and cross-sections necessary therefor, together with u statement of the
estimated cost of said improvement (inclusive of incidental expenses and
costa of the proceedings), and a description of the district to 1-,.e benefited
by the proposed improvement, have this day been submitted to this council
by said Burnett Hamilton, and presented for approval, and the council
having examined the same, now therefore
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED, by the City Council of the City
of Alameda, that said specifications, including said plans, profiles, and
cress-sections be, and the same are hereby approved as the official
specifications and plans for doing said work and making said improvement,
and the same are hereby ordered to be filed with the clerk of the council,
including the map or plat of the AsSessmeat District, all of which is also
hereby approved.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 19th. day of I■'ebruary, 1929,
by the following vote, to wit:
