RESOLUTION NO. 1345.:
RESCINDING ILL PROCEEDINGS HERETOEORE TAKEN OR
TEE IMPROVEMENT OT PARK STREET 'HEADED THE SAN
ANTONIO ESTUARY AND SAN JOSE AVENUE.
WHEREAS, proceedings were heretofore commenced for the
improvement of park street, including the widening of the roadway thereof;
from the San Antonio Estuary to San Jose AVORae, and changes are desirable
in the original plans made for said improvement, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the city of Alameda, that
all proceedings heretofore taken for the improvement of park Street including
the widening of the roadway thereof, from the San Antonio Estuary to San Jose
Avenue, be and the eagle are hereby rescinded in order to enable the taking of
new proceedings.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was doly and regularly introduced end adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 19,th day of Tebruary, 1929, by the
following vote, to wit:
