Resolution 01347143 2020L22100 20, 1347:1 DIRECTING CITY ATTORNEY TO COMMENCE NE3 PROCEEDINGS FOR WASHINCTCS STREET. VHFREAS, et the hearing held February 5th, 1929, owners of property froating on Washington Street, between High and Peach streets, protested against a proceeding for the improvement of said street under the "Improvement Act of 1911" because no provision was made for haying in installments, and MHFREAS, said owners have agreed apt to protest such proceedings if provision was made for enabling than to pay their azsessment on the installment plan, now therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that the city attorney be and he io hereby instructed to prepare proceedings for said improvement which will provide for installment bonds es requested by said property owners. proceedings heretofore taken except the plans and specifications are hereby rescinded. 1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 19th day of :February, 1929, by the following vote, to wit: atis, • AYES: Councilmen Calcutt, Latham, 2002: jABSTIT: Irene.
