APPROVING TEE DISSOLUTION OF THE BAY PAW
ISLAM RECLAMATION DISTRICT.
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that senate
Hill No. 539, providing for the dissolution of The Bay Tarm Island
Reclamation Oistrict, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
City of Alameda hereby waives all claims to or against said district.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of March, 1929, by
the following vote, to wit:

AY7S: councilmen Calcutt, Latham, Noble and president
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Neiss, (1).
