GRANTING ALAMEDA AIRPORT INC. PERMISSION TO CONSTRUCT
GIAJB hOTJE.
THEREAS, under the lease between the City of Alameda and. Alameda
Airport, Inc., it is provided that said corporation may use the land
demised to it for the operation of an airport and Duch other purposes as
may be permitted by the City, and
EEnEAS, application has been made for permission to erect a
Club House and private facilities for the anchorage and maintenance of
speed boats and other water craft, and
4IEREAS, it appears to the said council that such use will he
beneficial both to the said airport and to the City of Alameda.
NON, THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED, that permission is hereby granted
to the ALAMEDA AIRPORT, INC., to construct or permit to be constructed
upon the Alameda Airport a club house for the use of owners of sea
planes, airplanes, epeed boats and other watercraft and to permit the
anchoring,. and maintenance of speed boats and other watercraft upon said
property and in the harbor to be constructed thereon.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly' and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the city
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 19th day of March, 1929,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Calcott, Latham, Noise, Noble and ?resident
