AEP,'REAs, application has been made by the person hereinafter named i?Or a permit to sell non-intoxicating beverages commonly called soft drinks, in the City of Alameda, in accordance with the provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 282, N.S. of said city; now therefore be it RESOLY3D, by the Council of the O1t of Alameda, that a permit be and it is hereby granted and a license is hereby authorized to be issued under and in pursuance of the provisions of said ordinance authorizing the sale end dispensation ,of non-intoxicating beverages, commonly called soft drinks, by the following jereon and at the following place, to wit: NAME N. A. Horst and V. M. Young PLACE 1538 Webster street RESOLVED, that the license collector be, and he le hereby authorized and directed to issue a license to said persons under the provisions of said ordinance upon the payment by said party to said City of Alameda of the license tax of 5.00 per year or fraction thereof, payable in advance. 1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 19th day of March, 1929, by the following vote, to wit: Otis, (5).
