ACQUISITION AND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 70. 1 07 THE CITY OF ALAMEDA, RESOLUTION AND 'T 09 Re Objections and Protests As to Boundaries of Districts and the Grades. WHEREA.5, the City Counoil of the City of Alameda, en the 19th day of ?obruers, .1929: adopted its Resolution of Intention N. 99, ".S., for the improvement of Santa Clara Syenue in said city, purseisnt to the provisions of the "Sequisition''end Improvement _Sot of 1925", reference being hereby made to said Resolution of Intention for a description of the work and the improvement to be done and the boundaries of the district to be assessed therefor, AND W.TEREAS, the day and hour set for hearing all objections or protests, as provided in Section 9 of said act, having arrived, and it having become evident upon said hearing that the owners of more than onebatif of the area of the property included within the entire assessment district, as proposed, had not in writing made objections or protests to the doing of the proposed work as en entirety, and to the ordering of the same, whereupon the Council by resolution did so find, AND YHEREAS, the Council did thereupon proceed with the hearing of objections to the extent of the district proposed to be assessed, after which the Council next proceeded with the hearing of objections to the grades to which the improvement is proposed to be constructed, and having duly and regularly considered the matter as to the extent of the assessment district and the grades, and all other matters and things in connection therhwith, now therefore it is hereby RECOLVED, DETERMINED AND DECLARED, by the City Council of the City of Alameda, and sold council hereby finds as follows; 1st. That no changes should be made in the boundaries of the district proposed to be assessed, wherefore the boundaries of said assessment district are hereby fixed and established EE those boundaries which are set forth in said Resolution of Intention, and said boundaries shell prevail for 211 the purposes of this proceeding, and until any bonds to be issued for the expenses of the things to be done thereunder shell have been fully paid and diseharsed; 2nd. That no changes or modifications should be made se to the groles, wherefore the grades se finally determined are hereby fixed and established as those grades which are set forth in the plans and specifications, end referred to in said Resolution of Intention, and said Trades shall be the grades for all the purposes of this proceeding and the improvement to be cone thereunder, J, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was daly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Oonnail of the City of Slanede in regular meeting assembled on the 19th day of March, 1929, by the following vote, to wits Otis, AYES; Councilmen Calcutt, Latham, Neiss, Noble and Drealdent (50.
