R33CINDIN0 TORMER PROCEEDINGS TOR 01113 IMPROVEMENT OR 'MARK STREET.
WHEREAS, proceedings have heretofore been taken under the provisions
of the "Acquisition and Improvement Act of 1925", for the improvement of
:ark Street from the san Antonio :Estuary to the northern curb line of in
Jose Avenue, which provided for the widening cf the roadway for three feet
on either side, and whereas at the loot Meeting of the council held March
5th, 1920, it was decided to raider said street three and one-half (33-;)
feet on either side instead of three (3) feet, 11,3W therefore be it
REEOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that all proceedings
heretofore taken for the improvement of said street between the lines
mentioned be and the same are hereby rescinded and cancelled in order that
the new proceedings may be taken for widening the roadway three and one-balf
(3i) feet 3n either side instead of three (3) feet, as hereinbefore proposed.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced end adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 19th day of March, 1929, by the following
vote, .to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Calcutt, Latham, iss 0 Noble and president
otis, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
