RE-OLUTION ORDERING THE won-

=REAR, the oity Derviril of the City of Alameda, on
the 19th dsy of February, 1929, odopted its Resolution of Intention
2. for the improvement of Buena Vista Avenue in said citY,
said improvement to be made under and in pursuance of the provisions
of thr "Acquisition and Improvegrnt Act of 1925",
ATERBAo, having taken artion upon all objections and
nrotests to the doing of thr thing or things proposed te be done, to-
M)t, the making of the proposed improvement, and, having determined the
boandrries of the aszerement district and the grades for said improvement,
nor, therefore, it is hereby
