RESOLUTION OT ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT TO RECORDATION.

RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, th t the
deed or grant conveying to the City of Alameda, a municipal corporation,
all that certain real property situate in said city, County of Alameda,
State of California, and particularly described as follows;
COMMIENCING at a point on the Sonthorly line of
pacific Avenue distant thereon westerly Three Hundred
Ninety (390) feet from the intersection thereof with
the Westerly lire of 5th Street; running thence West-
erly along said line of Pacific Avenue Torty (40) feet;
thence Southerly parallel with said line of 6th Street
One Hundred 'Fifty (150) feet; thence Eaoterly parallel
with said line of pacific Avenue Torty (40) feet; thence
Northerly parallel with said lino of 6th Street One hun-
dred fifty (150) feet to the point of commencement.
BEING a portion of Lot 20, aE said lot is delineated
and eo designated upon that certain map entitled, "USap of
z portion of the Meetz Droperty. Alameda, California, filed
August 19, 1884 in Liber 4 of Maps at pace 23, in the office
of the County Recorder of Alameda County, state of California,
acquired. by said city' for school purposes, be and the same is hereby
ecceeted, and said council, acting for and in behalf of said grantee,
hereby consents to the recordation of said deed or grant and orders this
resolution to be ettuohed thereto es required by section 1159 of the civil
lode.
I, the undersigned hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council
of the City of Alameda, in regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of
may, 1929, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Brodersen, Henflin, Latham, Calcutt and
president Schaefer, (5).
OES: None.
