WHDREKS, applications have been made by the persons
hereinafter named for a permit to sell nen-intoxicating beverages
commonly celled soft drinks, in the City of Alameda, in accordance
with the provisions and requirements of ordinance No. 262, N. S., of
said city; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that a
permit be and it is hereby granted and o license is hereby authorized
to be issued under end in pursuance of the provisions of said ordinance
authorizing the sale and dispensation of non-intoxicating beverages,
commonly called soft drinks, by the following persons and at the following
places, to wit;

James A. Murphy 736 Central Kvenue.
Dorothy Dana 170* Lincoln Avenue.
RESOLVED, that the license collector be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to issue e license to said persons under the
provisions of sold ordinance upon the payment by said parties to said
City of Alameda of the license tax of $5.00 per year or fraction thereof,
payable in advance.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council
of the city of Alameda, in regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of
May, 1929, by the following vote, to wit:
