Resolution 01391RESOLUTION NO. 1391 TARANTINO A PERMIT TOR A LICENSE TO SELL SOFT DRINKS. WHEREAS, an application has been made by the persons herein- after named for a permit to aeli non-intoxicating beverages commonly called soft drinks, in. the City of Alameda, in accordance with the provisions and requirements of Ordinance No 262, N.S., of said city, now therefore be it RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that a permit be end it is hereby granted and a license is hereby authorized to be issued under and in pProaance of the provisions of said ordinance authorizing the sale and dispensation of non-intoxicating beverages, commonly called soft drinks, by the follewing persons and at the following place, tc wit: NeMES PLCCE Stephen Connelly and Thomas James Py0 1257 Perk Street. RESOLVED, that the license collector be, and he is hereby author- ized and directed to issue a license to said person under the provisione of said ordinance uyon the payment by said persons to said City of Alameda of the license tax of 45.00 per year or fraction thereof, payable in advance.
