ACCEPTING RIGHT, OE WAY AND CODSENTINO TO RECORDATION
aEsoLviin, by the Council of the City of Alsmeda, that the
grant of easement dated July 23, 1929, granting to the City of
Alameda certain rights of way along Lets: 6 and 19 in the Crand Oak
Tract, Alumeds, 39 said tract is delineated on that certain map in
Book 18 of Maps ut page 63 in the Office of the County Recorder,
noLlaired by Said city from Mason Bowen, for constructing, and main
taining a pole line for transmitting electricity, be and the same
i3 hereby accepted, and said council, as grantee, hereby consents
to the recordation of anAd grant of easement and orders this reso-
lution. to be attached thert o. as roc:dired by Sec. 1158 of the Civil
the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Rmlution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the
Council of the City of Alameda in adjourned regular meeting
assembled on the 23rd day of July, 1929, by the following vote,
to wit:
