GRANTING A PERMIT OR A INCENSE NO S2LL SOFT
DRINKS
NHER3AS, en. application has been made by the persons
hereinafter named for a permit to sell non-intoRicating beverages
commonly called soft drinks, in the city of Alameda, in accordance
with the provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 262, N.S.,
of said city; now therefore be it
RESOLIHED, by the Council of the City o:? Alameda, that a
permit be und. it i2 hereby Granted. and B license is hereby author-
ized to be issued under and in pursuance of the provisions of said
ordinance authorising the sale and dis pensation of non-intoxicatins
beverages, commonly called soft drinks, by the following persons and
at the following place, to wit:

305012E3, that the license collector be, and he is hereby
aathori2ed and directed to issue a lisense to said persons under the
provisions of said ordinance 'upon the poynent by said persons to said
city of Alameda of the license tax of ;;5,00 per year .or fraction thereof,
payable in advance.

lution W52 duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of
the City of Elameda in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 25rd
day of July, 1929, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Erodersen, Latham, Seleatt and President
Schaefer,(4).
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman HenoinF„ (1).
