GRANTING A PERMIT FOR A IICENLE TO SELL LOFT DRINKS
WHEREAS, aplolihations have been made by the persons
hereinafter named for a permit to sell non-intoxicating beverages
commonly called soft drinks, in the city of Alameda, in accord-
ance with the provisions and requirements of Ordiname No. 252,
N.5., of said City; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the council of the city- of AlEmeda, that
a permit be and it is hereby granted and a license le hereby author-
ized to be issued under and in pursuance of the provisions of said
ordinance authoridina the sale and dispensation of non-intoxicating
bhverages, commonly called soft drinks, by the following persons and
et the following places, to wit;

RE5OLVED, that the license collector be End he is hereby
authorized and directed to issue a license to said persons under
the provisions of said ordinance upon the payment by said parties
to said city of Alameda, of the license tax of 4.00 per year or
fraction thereof, payable in advance.

council of the city of Alameda, in regular meeting assembled on the
