MEREAS, on. 3ebruery 19th, 1929, the city council edepted its Resolution
of Intenticn No. 89, N. S., to order certain woxoz, to be done and improvements to
be m a" in the above-entitled matter, under and pursuant to the orovisions of the
Acquisition on Ialprovement Act of 1925, reference being hereby expressly made to
send Resolution of intention No 29, N. S., for further particulars, end
811E1121113, the superintendent of work and the contractor have filed e
verified declaration and statement with reference to the completion of said work,
incidental expenses and other ffietters, as required by the provisions of section
twenty-two (22) of said act, and this board being required to fix a time and place
of final hearing thereon, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the City Council o2 the City of Alameda that Tuesday, the
2Cth day of August, 1929, et the hour of 0 o'clock p. m. of seid day, in the
chambers of the city council be, end the same is hereby fixed as the day, hour
and place for holding said final hearing, said time being not sooner than ten
days from the date hereof; end the clerk hereof in directed to give notice of
said hearing ee required by sail ant.
