AUTHORIZING QUITCLAIM DEED TO CALLIE BUCK
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of A ameda, that the President
of said council and Mayor of said city be, and he is hereby authorized to
execute and sign a quitclaim deed to CALLIE BUCK, a widow, for e wedge-shared
strir of land on the northern line of Calhoun Street, running 60.78 feet along
Calhoun Street from College Avenue, and being 8.16 feet wide et College
Avenue and 4.07 feet at the western end of said strip, in said city, in con-
sideration of the benefits which said city will derive from the straightening
of said street, and the city clerk is authorized to attest said instrument
and affix thereto the corporate seal of said city.
the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 3rd day of September, 1929, by the
following vote, to wit:
AY3S: Cuunailmen Brodersen,Caloatt, Henning, Latham and President
Schaefer, (5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
