CANCELLING BUILDING PERMIT #238, AND REFUNDING

WHEREAS, on March 23rd, 1929, a party by the name of Philip
Crivello took out a permit for the erection of a building at 2400 Webster
Street, City of Alameda, for which be paid a fee of 027.00; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the building for which the permit was
obtained will not be erected, and said permittee having requested a return
of the fee chargodfor eeid permit; now therefore it is hereby
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda that Building
Permit Number 238, issued May 23, 1929, to Phillip Crivello in behalf of
the Michael P4 Pfeffer Iron Works be and the same is hereby cancelled, and
the fee of 027.00 paid for said permit is hereby ordered remitted to said
permittee.
RESOLVED, that a warrant be drawn and paid to eeid Phillip
Crivello in the amount of said fee.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in reouiar meeting assembled on the 3rd day of September, 1929, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Brodersen, Caleutt, Henning, Latham end President
Schaefer,(5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
