Resolution 01415IN TILE MATTER Oio ALCUISITION AND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NC. 3 C7 TEN CITY OT ALAMEDA RESOLETICN NO. 1415 RESOLUTION APPROVIN3 SPECItTICATIONS WHEREAS, this city council heretofore appointed and designated Burn8tt Hamilton to prepare and furnish specifications for ths improvement of Perk Street, from the San Antonio Estuary to the northern curt line of Si Jose Avenue. AND WHEREAS, said specifications, including all plans, profiles and cross-sections necessary therefor, together with statement of the estimated cost of said improvement (inclusive of incidental expenses and costs of the proceediha), and e description of the district to be benefit- ed by the proposed improvement, have this day been submitted to the council by said Burnett Hamilton, and presented for approval, and the council hav- ina examined the same, now therefore IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED, by the City Council Of the City of Alameda, that said specifications, including said plans, profiles end eross-sections be, and the same are hereby approved as the official specifications and plans for doing said work and making said improvement, and the same ere hereby ordered to be filed with the olerk of the council, including the map or plat of the Assessment District, all of which Is also hereby epproved, I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the Foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly intorduoed and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting aeeembId on the 3rd day of September, 1929, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Brodersen, Calcutt, Henning, Latham end President Schaefer, (5).
