GRANTING A PERMIT TOR A LICENSE TO SELL SOFT
DRINXS.
MEREAS, pp1icat1cn has been made by the persons hereinafter
named for a permit to sell non-intoxicating beverages, commonly celled
soft drinks, in the city of Alamede, in accordance with the rrovisiens
and requiremente of Ordinence No. 262, N.S., of said city; now therefore
be it
RESOLVES, by the council of the city of Alameda, that a permit
be and it is hereby granted end a license is hereby authorized to be issued
under and irt pursuance of the provisions of said ordinance authorizing the
sale and dispensation of non-intexicating beverages, commonly called soft
drinks, by the following persons and at the following place, to wit:

Clyde I. Blake and
Julia Blake 1606 Webster Street.
RESOLVED, that the license ()enact r be, and he is hereby author-
ized and directed to issue a licens e to said persons under the provisions of
said ordinance upon the payment by said parties to said city of Alameda of
the license tax of $5.00 per year or fraction thereof, payable in advance.
I, the undereegned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regelerly introduced and aderted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meting assembled on the 3rd day of September, 1929, by
the following vote, to wit:
