ORDERING THE PAYMENT OF 4150.00 FOE GRANT-OF-
SIGHT-OF-AY.
RESOLVED, by the Council o f t he City of Alaiheda, that tie
aura of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars (150.00) be payable ao follows:
Fifty Dollars (450.00) to Bertha Anderson, a widow;
Fifty Dollars (450.00) to Fanny Chipman, a single woman;
Fifty Dollars (450.00) to B. R. Hamlin and Jennie Hamlin, in
a
consideration of the grant ine (9) foot strip of land to straighten
and widen the easterly side of the north approach to the Bay Farm Island
Bridge.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adouted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting' assembled on the lbth day of October, 1929,
by the following vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilman Broderson, Calcutt, Denning, Latham, and
President Schaefer, (5).
NOES: None.
ADSENf: None.
