ORDERING THE CITY ENGINEER TO PREPARE PIMNS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR NEW APPLIANCES FOR
THE LIGETING OF PA2K STREET BETWEEN SAN acsE AVENUE
AND CLEMENT AVENUE.
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that the
city engineer be, and he is hereby instructed to prepare plans and
specifications for the improvement of both sides of Park street in said
city between an Jose Avenue and element Avenue by the installation, in
connection with the now poles to be erected thereon, of the following,
namely:
Wire, lamps, cast iron bases, transformers, lamp brackets,
116zhtinE units with globes and refractors, and other suitable or neces-
sary appliances for the purpose of lighting said street within the limits
aforementioned, all of said work and improvement to be done under and pur-
suant to the provislons of the Improvement Act of 1911, approved April 7,
1911, and amendments thereto.
tta undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of October, 1929, by the
following vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilmen Calcutt, Latham and ?resident Schaefer, (3).
NOES: Councilmen Brodersen and Nenninz (2).
ABSENT: None
