AMENDING 333 ORDERS 0? AUGUST 20 AND SEPTEMBER
3, 1929, RELATING TO INTBREST PAYMENTS ON STREET
WORK BONDS
WHEREAS, on scream of an ambiguity in the acquisition and
Improvement Act of 1925, it is desirable to emend the resolution and
order of the council in regard to the firet interest payments One on
the bonds issued under Resolution of Intention 30. 89, N.S., and
Resolution o3 Intention, No. 90, N. S., respectively, now therefore
be it
LVED, that the paragraph in the orders paesed Auguet
2Cth, 1929, and September 3, 1929, respectively, be amended to read as
follows:
"The interest payment on said bonds shall be
payable January 2nd and July 2nd of eseb year,
except that the first interest 'payment shall
he made on January 2nd, 1931, and the last
interest payment at the maturity of said Londe;
provided that interest on bonds maturing August
20, 1930, shall be evidenced by coupons attached
and payable on that date."
I, the undersigned, hereby certi23 that the foregoing Resolution
we duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting aseembird on the 5th dey of November, 1929,
by the following vote, to-wit:
21323: Councilmen Broderscn, Calcutt, Henning, Latham and Preeideet
Schaefer, (5).

ABSENT: None.
