RESOLUTION OS IN'iENTION NC. 92

RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameel that it is the intention
of said council to order the following work to be done and improvement to be made
in said city, to-wit:
That :?LITIZ STreet, from the northern curb line of San Jose Avenue to the
southern curb line of Clement Avenue, be improved by the construction and instal-
lation in place on the City's poles, of wires, lamps, cast iron bases, transformers,
oast iron brackets, liashtinn unite, globeo and axpliances, to the number, in the
locations and in sccordcnce with the plane, profiles, detailed drawings and speci-
fications which nave been adopted therefor and :tiled with the city clerk, and which
are hereby referred to for the full ear detailed description of said proposed work and
improvement..
Attention is called Lc the License Agreement os the leper Tube role CompaNy,
a corporation on Tile witil the cit:? clerk, specifying the price which will be
charged Tor purchase and use of the base required by said specifications, and far
which said company owns United States patent rights; and to the License Agreement
of said company also on site with the city clerk, specifying the Price Anich will
be charged for purchase and use of the brackets required by said specifioations,
and Ion which said companT also owns United States patent rights.
Attention is also called to the License Agreement of the General Eleetric
Compun7, a corporation, on file with the city clerk, apee1f7ing the price which will
be charged for purehase and use of the lighting unit and transformer required b7
said specifications, and Tor which said company owns United States patent rights.
It in hereby provided that a part of the cent and expenses of sold work

shall be pain out of the treasury of sail city from the general frnd, said sum being
contributed by the board of public utilities of said city.
