GRANTING A PERMIT FOR A LICENSE TO SELL 307T DRINKS
A8, application has been made by the person herein-
after named for a "Dermal to sell non-intoxicating beverages, commonly
called soft drinks, in the city of Alameda, in accordance with the
provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 252, N. S., of said
city; now therefore be it
RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Alameda, that a
permit be and it is hereby grunted and e license is hereby auth-
orized to be issued under and in pursuance of the provisions of said
ordinance authorizing the sale and dispensation of non-intoxicating
beverages, commonly called soft drinks, by the following person and
at the following place, to-wit:

Katherine Sanders Alameda Municipal Golf Course
RESOLVED, that the license collector be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to issue licenses to said person under the
provisions of said ordinance upon the payment by said party to said
city of Alameda of the license tax of $5.00 per year or fraction
thereof, payable in advance.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on
the 4th day of February, 1930, by the following vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilmep Brodersen, Calcutt, Henning, Latham
and President Schaefer, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
