RESOLUTION ORDERING THE kiLLIT.

WENSILAiii, the City Council of the City of Alameda, on the
21st day of Tannery, 1930, adopted its Resolution of Intention No. 95
N.'S., for the improvanent of Uhrk Street in sald city, said :improvement
to be made under and in pursuanaa of the provisions of tha "Acquisition
and Improvement Act of 1925",
LED klifiEliddiS, having taken action upon all. objections and pro-
tests to the (1) of the thine or things proposed to be dans:, to-wit,
the making of the proposed imbrounement, and, having determined the baund-
arida of the assessment district and the T& 912 for said improvement, now,
therefore, it is hereby
SEtifilieED, by tre Oity Council of the City of Alameda, and said
council hereby orders the. doing of the work and improvement described in
said. Resolution of Intention No, 95 N.S., reference to xhich is hereby
expressly made for a desorimption of said work and imarovement, the grades
to which the work is to be done, and a description of the boundaries of
the diatrict to be assessed therefor.
RESOLVED, that Tuesday, the 13th day of March, 1930, at the hour
of o'clock p.m-, in the chamber of this city council, be and the aims is
hereby fixed as the time and place for receiving bids for doing said wiirk and
improvement, and the clerk of the council is bareby directed to give notice
accordingly inviting sealed bids.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the ((Libman of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the lath day of February, 1930, by
the following vote, 133' 133
