Resolution 01490RESOLUTION NO. 1490 RESOLUTION GALLING FOR BIDS FOR OPERATION' OF BATH HOUSE ANDY CONCESSION AT WASHINGTON PARK BAS, the City Council of the City of Alameda is desirous of leasing the bath house and candy concession at Washington Park in the City of Alameda; and WHEREAS, the City Counoil believes that it is for the beet intereete of the City of Alameda that said concessions be leased to a private party or parties, RESOL that Tuesday, the 15th day of April, 1930, at the hour of 8 o'clook P.tis, in the Chambers of the City Council be, and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place for reoeiving sealed bids or proposals for the operation and 'seeing of said bath house and candy booth, and the Clerk of the Counoil is hereby directed to give notice accordingly, inviting sealed bids. I, the undersigned, hereby oertify that the foregoing Resolution wen duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Counoil of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the let day of April, 1930, by the following vote, to -wit: AYES: Councilmen Broderaen, Caleutt, Henning, Latham end President Schaefer, (5) NOES: None.
