GRANTING A PERMIT FOR A LICENSE TO SELL
SOFT DRINKS
WHEREAS, application has been made by the persons hereinafter
named for a permit to sell non- intoxicating beverages, oommonly called
eoft drinks, in the city of Alameda, in acoordanoe with the provisions
and requirements of Ordinance No. 262, N.S., of said city; now there-
fore be It
RESOLVED by the council of the pity of Alameda, that a per-
mit be and it is hereby granted and a lioense is hereby authorized to
be issued under and in pursuance of the provisions of said ordinance
authorizing the sale and dispensation of non- intoxicating beverages,
commonly called soft drinks, by the following persona and et the fol-
lowing places, to -wit:

Helen Gilroy 102 Maitland Drive
Mrs. M. Wallace 1410 Webster Street
Security Drug Company 1440 Park Street
RESOLVED, that the license collector be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to issue licensee to said persons under the
provisions of said ordinance upon the payment by said parties to said
city of Alameda of the lioense tax of $5.00 per year or traction thereof,
payable in advance.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
let day of April, 1930, by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: Councilmen Brodersen, Calcutt, Henning, Lathem and
President Schaefer, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT : None.
