GRANTING A PERMIT ?OR A LICENSE TO SELL
SOFT DRINKS
vITEREAS, application has been made by the pereon hereinafter
named for a permit to sell non-intoxioating beveregee, commonly called
soft drinks, in the oity of Alameda, in accordance with the provisions
and requirements of Ordinance No, 262, N. 5., of said oity; now there-
fore be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that a permit
be end it is hereby granted and a license is hereby authorized to be
issued under and in pursuance of the provisions of said ordinance auth-
orizing the sale and dispensation of non-intoxicating beverages, common-
ly called soft drinks, by the following pereon and at the following plaoe
to-wit:

RESOLVED, that the license collector be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to issue license to said person under the pro-
viaions of said ordinance upon the payment by said party to said city of
Alameda of the lioense tax of $5.00 per year or fraction thereof, payable
in advance.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
wee duly and regularly introduoed and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of April, 1930,
by the following vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilman Brodersen, Henning, Latham and President
Schaefer, (4).
NOES: None
ASSENT: Councilman Calcutt, (1).
