RESOLUTION CALLI TOR BIDS CD LIABILITY INSURANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Alameda is
deoirous of insuring said city against any 2nd all liability of
the uity and its mewLr or other authoriaed representatives
arising out of injury and/or death of person or persons and/or
property damage through governmeatal, administerial and/or
proprietor' interests, inclluding all attaching oasts, interests,
legal and/or other expense, but specifically excluding listility
arising out of operation, maintenance or use of motor and/or other
vehicles !r1i/cr lliit7 to employees under any compensation,
in or 4greement,
RESOLVED that Tuesday, the 20th day of May, 1930, ut
the hour of 8 o'clock P.M., in the Chambers of the City Council
be, t,nd the same i4 hereby fixed es the time and place for receiv-
ing saalea bids bur proposals on said liability insurance, and the
Clerk of the Council J.8 hereby directed to give notioe accordingly,
inviting sealed bids.
