GRANTING A PERMIT ?OR A LICENSE TO SELL
SOET DRINKS
WHEREAS, eppliestions have been mode by the persons
hereinafter named for a permit to eell non-intoxicating beverages,
commonly called eoft drinks, in the city of Ales, in aceordance
with the provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 262, N.S., of
said city; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that
a permit be and it is hereby granted and e license is hereby
authorized to be issued under and in purausnce of the provisions
of said ordinance authorizing the Emile and dispensation of non-intox-
icating beverages, comnonly called soft drinks, by the following
persona and st the following places, to-wit:

RESOLVED, that the license collector be, and he 1s
hereby authorized nxid directed to issue licensee to said persons
under the provisions of said ordinance upon the payMent ty eeid
parties to said city of Alameda of the license tax of ;5.00 per year
or fraction thereof, payable in adv.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled DM
the 6th day of May, 1930, by the following vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilmen Broderaen, Henning, Latham and President
Schaefer, (4).
NOES: None
ABSENT: None NOT VOTING: Councilman Caleutt (1).
