GRANTING A PERMIT FOR A LICENSE TO SELL SOFT DRINKS.
WHEREAS, application has been made by the person herein -
d for a permit to sell non - intoxicating beverages, common-
ly called soft drinks, in the city of Alameda, in acoordanoe with the
provisions and require of Ordinance No. 262, N.S., of said pity,
now therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the Council, of the City of Ala da, that a
permit be and it is hereby granted and s license is hereby wither
to be iseued under and in pursuance of the provisions of said ordin-
ance authorizing the sale end dispensation of non - intoxicating
beverages, commonly called soft drinks, by the following person and
at the following place, to -wit:
1702 Lincoln Avenue
RESOLVED, that the license collector be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to issue a license to said person under the
provisions of said ordinance upon the payment by said party to said
pity of Alameda of the license tax of $5.00 per year or fraction thereof,
payable in advanoe.
